#GJExclusive: Get To Know Musician Bryan The Mensah (@BRYANTHEMENSAH)

BRYAN THE MENSAH has been engulfed in music since his early formative years.
His uncle introduced him to the art of production where he learnt to produce by making covers of pop songs. Hip hop on the other hand became his safe haven when he used it as an escape from being bullied in school. Formerly known as Denny, he was part of the alternative music group TH’FRVNCHMVN (Pronounced ‘The Frenchmen’)
They made experimental music melted in with traditional African sounds. Denny however metamorph osed into BRYAN and made singles such as Sharp, Cocoa Faces and That New. BRYAN THE MENSAHhas managed to carve out a space in a confusing world for millennials to address social and emotional issues through rap and hip hop and music they young generation leans towards.
