I Was Doing Better By Myself Than Under BAM – Wisa Greid

Just like we reported that Wisa Greid has left Black Avenue Musik, the singer has given details as to why he exited the label.
At the moment, 4 out of 5 artistes who got signed onto the label have left leaving only S3fa behind.
These four are Kobla Jnr, Freda Rhymz, Dahlin Gage and Wisa Greid making the final exit from D Black’s BAM.
For the record, if you are under a record label, there are certain things you are restricted to, rules you should obey and all that.
Also, there are terms and conditions to every contract so before you officially become part of a label, you are under control and supervision from the management.
Thus, you can’t do many things on your own because there are certain people who need to approve contents before they go out.
This is no different from the “Ekiki Me” hitmaker’s case as he sorted to making a similar complain.
Wisa boldly said that he was doing better when he was on his own than when he was on the label.
When he was on his own, he had hit songs like Ekiki Me, Mintse Bo, Choco, One side, Slow Motion among others.
He indicated that, under a label, when you want to drop a song and management listens to it and they don’t like it, they drop it.

“If they(management) agree to drop the song, we sit and strategize things on how to promote the song, how to shoot video and all that.
That takes time and i don’t expect it to take time like that” Wisa stated.
Speaking in an interview on Okay FM, he revealed that taking a look at things, he had to leave because he was doing better on his own.
Wisa Greid also noted that, on his own, he does things at his own times and on his own terms. He doesn’t need anyone’s approval.
