May 11,Monday, the World Health Organisation (WHO) says Africa has over 63,000 confirmed cases of Coronavirus.
According to the organization (WHO), 2,280 died from lethal disease in Africa. South Africa has 10,015 verified instances of Coronavirus with 194 deaths, whilst Algeria has 5,723 established instances with 502 deaths.
Ghana has recorded 4,263 confirmed Coronavirus cases with 22 deaths as on Sunday,11,2020.
The World Health Organisation (WHO) has released a list of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Africa, and South Africa tops the list as the country with the highest cases of the deadly disease.
According to the list published on Monday, May 11, South Africa has 10,015 confirmed cases of coronavirus with 194 deaths.
Algeria trails behind South Africa with 5,723 confirmed cases and 502 deaths, while Nigeria and Ghana take the third and fourth position with 4,399 confirmed cases and 143 deaths and 4,263 confirmed cases and 22 deaths as at 11, May 2020 respectively.
